Vixplor cloud fulfils reporting needs of a SEBI authorised Category I Registrars
CBMSL is a SEBI authorised Category I Registrars and Share Transfer Agent. They are managing shareholder records for various MNCs. Earlier they used to send reports manually via emails, or by sending printed copies. Now CBMSL wants to automate the process and make shareholder records accessible online for their clients.

Earlier they used to send reports manually via emails, or by sending printed copies. Now CBMSL wants to automate the process and make shareholder records accessible online for their clients.

Requirement:

Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Reports to be generated on shareholder records of various companies. Same format of report will be accessed by companies, with their data.
Users of those companies can access the reports online, refresh data, and download in excel or PDF format.
Admins can add or manage users. They can schedule or send reports automatically via email

How Vixplor cloud fulfils this:

Vixplor cloud is a product of Vixplor Analytics Pvt Ltd, currently hosted in AWS. Automated dashboards, high volume data management, predictive analysis and decision support systems with tailor made reports make data management for business much simpler. For this specific purpose, secure connections were established to fetch company wise data from Oracle 9i database. Admin login was created and shared with CBMSL. Training was given to admins so that they can add Company specific users in bulk, manage them and grant report specific access.

Data security maintained :

Client data resides in the client database. A secure connection (256 bit SSL encrypted https) is maintained while communicating with the client. Token based authentication of all APIs are followed. IP Limiter, csrf protection and other common security features have been implemented.
