By submitting User Content, you grant Vixplor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content that you provide and that the content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
5.2 Vixplor Intellectual Property
All content provided on or through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Vixplor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without the prior written consent of Vixplor.

You expressly agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vixplor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, even if Vixplor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Vixplor's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

11. Termination
Vixplor reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services, without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Services. Vixplor may also remove or delete any User Content you have provided without prior notice.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vixplor regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Vixplor.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
13.3 Waiver
No waiver by Vixplor of any term.
